Kaspar: To meet compliance terms, to meet the ultra micro segments (specifically) CX, and to find the right talent
(UX/UI, Engineering, Digital)

UXiD: How do you think UX practices have benefited your product?
Kaspar: We had found with better UX and UI could improve our micro loan sales and their productivities.

UXiD: Where is the best place to prepare for UX leadership?
Kaspar: Startups

UXiD: Who are your product’s user?
Kaspar: Most of them are Micro and Ultra Micro segments.

UXiD: Please share us the most significant (one) behaviour of your use.
Kaspar: Micro customer found, going to the Bank is expensive.
