Linda: Always at the desk between 8 and 8-30 in the morning.
UXiD: What is your leadership style?
Linda: I like to work together with my team in an open and collaborative environment, solve problems and find solutions together. It makes me very proud seeing the team develop and become more confident.
UXiD: Where is the best place to prepare for UX leadership?
Linda: On the floor with your service, UX/UI and visual designers, your developers, your customers and your colleagues

Linda: my phone and my headset 🙂
